Brand name or Logo
4C is a Marketing
Communication Agency. In marketing we predict or foresee the success of the
company/brand and work in that direction.
We help Clients just
do that by supporting and handholding them through the Market Chaos.
Being a creative
entity, we played with the word FORESEE to 4C
And built a premise of
- Communication: That’s what
Marketing is all about
- Creativity: The ability to
think ahead and outside of the norms
- Client centricity: To put
client and his business first.
- Collaborations: when a
marketing team supports a business it’s a collaboration of many parameters
that work together to achieve success.

Founded by Anupama Parkar. An Agency that started as a one woman show has now
grown into full fledged teams that work locally
and remotely

Q3. What
inspired you to start this business / entrepreneurship?
Coming from an
influential business family back in India, business runs in the blood. I
started my professional journey
Working for my father
who ran a wholesale Commodities shop. He is my first business guru.
Since I was a kid my
dream was to have my own business. Ideally an interior firm as am a postgrad in
Commercial space design
But fate had other
plans and I married a man who exported my dreams to Dubai.
A new place and a new
space but the dream did not die
It remained burning
bright
And today is a reality
In Dubai circumstances
were such that I had to change my career path to another creative domain
that is Marketing.
Working with many
agencies in the UAE, I saw a gap in the market and grabbed that as an
opportunity to launch my business
Today I have multiple
businesses.

Communicators is a 11 year Marketing Communications Agency based in Dubai. We
support business owners, startups, solopreneurs , shepreneurs
Manage their marketing
function. You can ideally call us an Offsite Marketing Department. We handhold
our Clients through the entire Marketing process from
Strategy, Planning,
Execution and achieving the results which are tied to their Business targets.
In short we partner
with you to achieve not only your marketing goals but also your business goals.
For our International
Clients we support with Market research, Business setup and formation,
distribution channel setup and supplementary services
Q5. What kind of
major challenges did you face while starting/doing business?
My first challenge
when I started off was Funding. With my father gone, no one in the family
believed I would handle a business.
My husband didn’t want
anything to do with my business forget funding.
He told me am better
off with a 9 to 5 job.
I overcame that
challenge and started off
Broke even in the
first year itself and never looked back.
The second challenge
was an eyeopener – The pandemic
It made me realize
however much we prepare for the worst.
Things can go wrong
All you need is to
stay calm , be strong and believe you can sail through.
Theres always light at
the other end of the tunnel
Q6. What were
the financial challenges you had during the start of Business and
how did you manage ?
The first challenge
was to raise funds for the startup – I invested my savings and an angel of a
friend supported with the rest.
Was lucky to have a
high budgeted event to work on in the first year that took care of revenue
targets, built our brand and we broke even too
During the past 11
years many a times we faced cash flow issues raising short term funds was
always a challenge. 4C created a network of likeminded
Business owners who
help each other with funds and also other aspects of the business.

readers the most inspiring moment in this journey of entrepreneurship or
Business journey ?
When the going gets
tough the tough get going true to this adage
When I started off 11
years ago there were many a people who supported me
Supported me
wholeheartedly and without any expectations
This has inspired me
to pay forward and help others who are aspiring to build business and a successful
one at that
When people come to me
with problems today
I am blessed to help
them with a solution.
This is the premise I
live by
Q8. Who is your role
model or Inspiration in life personally or professional life ?
Many!! I like women
who make things happen rather than wait for them to happen.
My Mom being one. A
self made woman, a trailblazer who is awarded by Govt of Goa for her service to
mankind.
Another one is Sudha
Murthy - she still has a childlike innocence about her that gyrates me to
her.
Sindhutai Sapkal –
from being an unwanted child to being a Mother to many Hats off to her courage
and strength.
I aspire to be
somewhat like her and that’s my dream project

future plans? Or now what is your vision for the next five years?
To establish a strong
network of business owners who can help each other scale personally and
professionally.
And my dream project
Soon I will be talking
about it in more detail.

not till the goal is reached’
This first part of the
quote talks about awareness
Be aware of your
strengths and your weaknesses.
Accept them as that’s
your true self.
With acceptance comes
the responsibility to act
Act wisely Act
purposefully so that you are working in the right direction
Work diligently and
the goal is not far away
If you do fail
Use it as a learning
curve, an opportunity to realign and rework
Do not fear Do not
wonder Do not wander

reach your goal
