Interview Questions below :-
Q1. Story behind your Brand
name / profession name or Logo - Lexcel comes from “Lex”
meaning law and “Excel” meaning excellence, reflecting a practice built
on strong legal foundations and a commitment to superior quality.
Q2. Whether this
Business/ profession is started by you or Legacy of Generations - I am a second-generation lawyer with 14 years of
experience in the legal field, but this company is not a legacy business.
Lexcel Consulting Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2020.
Q3. What inspired you to start this business / entrepreneurship? - As a second-generation lawyer, I had seen the limitations
of traditional practice up close. I wanted to build a firm that makes legal
services clearer, simpler, and more accessible for companies, which is why I
started Lexcel Consulting.
Q4. Kindly introduce about your Business,/ services briefly
products and services here.[Max 8 to 10 lines] - Lexcel
Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a full-service legal and consulting firm that supports
companies, startups and individuals with practical and solution-focused legal
assistance. We handle recovery of outstanding dues through court processes,
draft complex commercial agreements and manage employee–employer matters. Our
team provides clear legal opinions, assists in property registrations, and
represents clients in property-related disputes. The firm aims to offer
structured, reliable, and easy-to-understand legal services customized to modern
business needs.
Q5. What kind of major challenges did you face while starting/doing
business/ Entrepreneurship? - One of the major
challenges was shifting from a traditional style of practice to a structured,
modern legal-service model. Building a team that understood both law and
corporate expectations took time. Creating trust with companies, setting up
processes, and establishing a brand in a competitive market were also early
hurdles. But each challenge helped shape the firm into a more organised and
client-focused practice.
Q6. What were the financial challenges you had during
the start of Business and how did you manage ? - The financial challenge at the start was balancing
limited resources with the need to build a professional setup. Unlike
established firms, everything had to be created from scratch—technology,
branding, and support systems. I managed it by planning expenses carefully,
keeping overheads low, and relying on steady, organic growth instead of
borrowing or over-investing. This helped the firm grow sustainably from day
one.
Q7. Share with our readers the most inspiring moment in this journey of
entrepreneurship or Business journey ? - One of the
most inspiring moments was when I helped a client company recover ₹2 crore that
they had been unable to recover for seven months. A simple two-page notice,
drafted with the right strategy, achieved what multiple efforts had failed to
do and that outcome reinforced my faith in the power of clear, precise legal
work.
Q8. Who is your role model or
Inspiration in life personally or professional life ? - My biggest inspiration has been my parents. They always encouraged me
to think independently and develop my own approach to legal practice, rather
than relying on copied methods. Their guidance shaped the way I work today.
Q9 What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for the next
five years? - In the next few years, I want to
expand our reach to more startups and medium-scale companies. My aim is to make
legal help easily accessible to growing businesses that often struggle to find
clear and dependable guidance. If Lexcel can become a trusted support system
for them, that will be the kind of growth I’m looking for.
Q10. What are your Core Power
Values in Life? - One of my core values is
giving the right legal advice, even if it means losing potential fees. I
believe that honesty, correctness, and doing what is genuinely right for the
client must come before profit.
Q.11 What is the one inspirational or Motivational message you want
to share to our esteemed readers? - Keep
your work clean, keep your intentions clear, and don’t compromise your values
for quick gains. When your foundation is strong, everything else eventually
falls into place.
Q12. Your accomplishments and Awards
- I have been practising law for 14 years and have
handled a wide range of corporate, civil, and recovery matters. I was honoured
with an award for my contribution to cyber awareness by former MP Mr. Sunil
Gaikwad and I also received the prestigious ‘Member of the Year’ award in Snow
Global Business Community.
