business/ entrepreneurship?
Myself Seema P. Makwana, Founder & MD of SaffronBizz Solutions LLP which specialised in providing HR Services based out in Mumbai. I am BMS (Bachelors in Management Studies) Graduate and have professionally 7+ years of Experience into HR domain. My interest got build up into the field of HR when I was working. The smile on the person’s face after giving them a successful employment as per there need is inspired me to start my company into HR and that always motivates me to do my work with all passion. And at other hand to provide the right employment solutions to SME, Corporates companies in functioning the smooth relation between employers & employees. When your clients are happy with your services gives you more motivation to work on the next project and that always inspires me to be the successful Entrepreneur.
SaffronBizz Solutions LLP is Founded in February 2016 with Vision Decreasing the unemployment in India. At each step of the relationship with our clients and candidates, we deliver value, advice and an expert point of view. We are a Young and Dynamic company with Team of core expertise in fulfilling all kind of recruitment & staffing requirements. We started primarily as a recruitment Focused Company, our Natural & Positive, progression has been into Human Resource Consulting. major challenges did you face while starting/doing business?
As many start-ups faces fund issues likewise, we also faced the challenge of Fund for quite few months, also fetching the client was the biggest task we faced in starting of the business. .
In a very short period of time our company become self-sustained.

challenges u had during start of Business and how did
u manage ?
As all start-ups Finance was also a challenge for us at the initial stage. We took investment from the market and managed our expensive and that changed the entire prospect of our business.

moment in this journey of entrepreneurship or Business journey ?
We are employee centric company, we feel if our employees are Happy then, our company will automatically grows. That’s where we have employees working with us since the inception of the company. The dedication towards work of our team is the inspiration to serve continue to our clients.

Inspiration in life personally or professional life ?
Personally my parents are my inspiration, Never Giving up and always be positive is something what I learned from them. And professionally Ratan Tata sir is my role model (His dedication, selfless working inspires me a lot)

what is your vision for next five years?
We started the company with the vision of Decreasing the unemployment in India, with that we are targeting to give employment to 25,000 people from India in Next 5 years.
