Q1. Story behind your Brand name or Logo?

The fleet is usually used in shipping and marine for fast and safe delivery of goods. Law Fleeter means a result-oriented, guided and well-established law firm that knows how to deliver legal values to clients in 360-degrees. In the fleet, ships go in the proper direction across many territories and countries. Like that, Law Fleeter is a trusted legal brand who can be your legal partner in India and international business too, with fast, guided, prompt and directed authentic legal ways. We believe in legal solutions, not 'Tarikh Pe Tarikh'. When we were searching for a firm name, we wanted a brand name which could represent the Indian as well as the international market, a brand which could be a bridge between two nations and territories. So we started a firm named 'Law Fleeter Adv Shivangi'.

Q2. Weather this Business is started by you or Legacy of Generations?

My Great Paternal Grandfather was Barrier in Karachi Court, in the British Era before independence, but after his sudden bad health condition due to paralysis, after that no one was in the legal field or profession. My maternal uncle is a civil litigator in Thane District and Session court , Thane. But in my whole Zarkar Family I am a First Female Advocate and High court counsel. So I am a First generation Advocate with a Master's in Law (LL.M -Business Law).

Q3. What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?

I had an IT firm and a software company in partnership but I lost more than 40 lakhs to that IT company due to poor legal documents. We had a hand-to-mouth condition and we didn't have proper legal advice or advocates. The Advocate whom we appointed benefits from my poor legal knowledge of company acts , contract acts and civil and criminal cases. He charged heavily to settle this legal matter and we paid heavy legal fees as well as the amount of mediation. After that, I wanted someone to be an Advocate in a closed family like my sister , brother or my business partner because all three are from a commerce background, but they rejected pursuing LAW studies, so I took challenge and finished my LL.B and started practice with my Maternal Uncle, in Thane. After getting my individual license, I did my LLM Business Law from Mumbai University and I started practicing in other special courts, like RERA, DRT, NCLT, IPR, CUSTOM , MSME , TAXATION and Bombay High Court.

We, Lawfleeter Adv Shivangi, are a 360 for a legal solution for your business , family and personal. We are specialists in Litigation and Non-litigation cases. On the Non-Litigation side, we are best in Startup , Franchise, Technology, IPR, Ecommerce, Corporate legal,Deeds and Drafts and, national and international Commercial Contracts. On the litigation side, we are best in property cases; PMC, RERA, NCLT, DRT, MSME, Consumer, Revenue , TAXATION, Custom, FEMA, and High court cases. We are coming up with our own startup of Online Dispute Resolution services to solve disputes without court cases.

Q5. What kind of major challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

When I started legal practice, I came to know this profession is full of continuous study and upgrading knowledge as well as current affairs updates. The major challenge regarding this profession is , we cannot solicit or advertise it in public. Drafting skill is one of the major drawbacks in this legal field at the initial level.

Q6. What were the financial challenges u had during start of Business and how did u manage ?

In my professional journey, setting up an office and getting quality cases as well as legal work was great task. So I spent lakhs of rupees on brand creation, SOPs of firms, setting up networks for juniors to get quality work. I started giving seminal and webinar on IPR, Franchise Legal, Ecommerce Legal , MSME and Startup Legal to Incubator, Co-working place, Business Networks , and IT companies. I started writing blogs and legal research papers and published them to find out about quality information on current laws or amendments to Acts. I worked as a legal mentor and advisor to different businesses , Chamber of commerce and law colleges to build brand and brand value. I applied the Blue Ocean strategy to find a quality market for my legal work and we are pioneers in franchises, Ecommerce and Startup Legal.

Q7. Share with our readers most inspiring moment in this journey of entrepreneurship or Business journey ?

I am a Computer engineer and Management lady by my basic graduation and post graduation. From Techno person to Advocate, it was a roller-coaster ride for me. But with my previous qualifications and venture into my current legal career , I keenly understand the entrepreneurship journey and,, their basic problems, or, we can say messed with proper legal Documentation or legal module in Business. So, as a legal professional, I can sort out their problems easily because I also shut down my company due to poor legal documents. When I was running short of money because of serious legal problems, at that time, I came to know business needs calculated risk and maybe we could sort problems, HR , operational, Marketing problems at management level, but problems we cannot sort easily without proper lawyers. That day, I felt like being part of this noble profession to serve and help all start-ups and entrepreneurs with my legal services. This inspirational journey is more polished when I saw so many startups are going to IPOs.

Q8. Who is your role model or Inspiration in life personally or professional life ?

Senior Counsel Harish Salve and one of the biggest legal Firms, Shardul Maganlal and company are my Legal Role Model and inspiration in, professional life. I follow Tony Robbins as a mentee for life coaching.

Q9 What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?

We would like to Start 10 Legal Branch Offices in all major cities, like Pune, New Delhi, Chennai , Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Bengaluru , Goa , Jaipur, Ranching, and Kolkatta, etc.We are planning two Startups , one is related to Online Dispute Resolution and Vitual CLO for Companies, Startup, Brank and Franchise and Second Startup is related to Bail and Anticepatory bail for criminal matters. We have aimed to help 100 startups to achieve an IPO in Maharashtra.

Every question paper is set on books and syllabus, so books are written first by authors and questions designed on syllabus and books on this philosophy. Even a tough situation or problem has a solution, so try to find this solution in the right way and with the right people. For professional problems, especially in legal, we are there for you.
